Return, Refund & Cancellation

RETURNS
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND
A Refund is applicable, only if the Pin code is not accepted by the shipping company within 5 days of booking. In such scenario, there will be no deduction, and the money will be fully transferred back to the Source Account.  We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping and Conveyance costs are non-refundable.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Mysticabymini® email id mysticabymini@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items would be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

ELS Villa, Nupal Road, Kadavanthra, Kerala, India, 682020.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

CANCELLATION

We do not accept Cancellation after 24 hours of booking, as it is prepared only on the booking confirmation.

Shipping and Conveyance costs are non-refundable.

There will be deduction of conveyance charges + VAT, and the product price will be refunded fully, if request is processed within 24 hours of booking and the balance amount will be refunded to the Source account within 7-10 working days.
