Return  Policy - We do not have any Return Policy.

Cancellation Policy - We do not accept Cancellation after 24 hours of booking, as it is prepared only on the booking confirmation. There will be 10% cancellation fee, if request is processed before 24 hours of booking. 

Refund Policy - Amount is refunded only if, the Pincode is not accepted by the shipping company within 30days of booking. In such scenario, there will be no deduction, and the money will be fully transferred back to the Clients Account on request.

• Always make sure Mysticabymini Hair Mask has oil in it.
• Slowly apply mysticabymini oil towards the hair and the hair tips.
• Apply and massage the Mask for 20 minutes on areas that are damaged or require more attention.
• Leave the Combo on head for overnight or a minimum of 6 - 8 hours.
• Wash off the Mask on scalp with Lukewarm water.
• Wash your hair twice by mixing Chemical Free Shampoo in luke warm water. (Recommended - Moms and World Hair Strengthening Shampoo, Azafran Organics Soya Rich Shampoo & Bodyshop Shea Butter Shampoo )
• Apply a suitable conditioner for 3-5 minutes, only on the hair (avoid the scalp) and wash with lots of water. ( Recommended - Pantene Oil Replacement, Bodyshop Shea Butter Conditioner )
• If long hair, apply 2-3 drops of hair serum ( Recommended - Streax Hair Serum ), only on the hair.
• If long hair, Tie the hair bun for as many hours.
• Repeat the process, once in every 3 days.
• Do not use a hair drier or straightener.
• Do not heat the oil.
• Do not mix the mask with any other oil.
• Do not use comb. Always detangle your hair with fingers.
• Do not use any chemicals during this time.
• Do not use Hair Color/Henna or any heat on hair.

• Do not mix any other substances to the Hair Mask.
• Keep the Package airtight in a room temperature.
• Do not put bare hands inside the box.
• Use a dry spoon to take the mask.
• Use it within 2 months.
